This tool is operated solely by its owner, for personal use, and is not available to the general public.
What it accesses: This tool uses the Google Drive API with the
drive.file scope only. This scope restricts access to files and folders
that the tool itself creates — it cannot see, read, or modify any other files in the
account's Google Drive.
What it stores: Encrypted backup archives (a restic repository) of the owner's own self-hosted website — database dumps, site code, and uploaded files. All backup content is encrypted before it is uploaded; Google Drive stores only opaque encrypted data.
Data sharing: No data is shared with any third party. All data remains within the owner's own Google Drive account at all times.
Data retention: Backups are retained on a rolling schedule (recent daily backups, tapering to weekly and monthly over time) and older backups are automatically deleted according to that schedule, controlled entirely by the owner.
